We are back and setting big goals to surpass last year’s successful tournament. We would like to offer you the opportunity to be associated with Royal LePage North Heritage Realty’s highly successful charity golf tournament and work in partnership with the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation to raise money in support of women and children in our community.
On June 5th, 2025, our Brokerage is hosting our second annual charity golf tournament with all proceeds supporting our local women’s shelters: YWCA Genevra House and Manitoulin Family Resources. Last year's event was an amazing success and we have a lot of golfers eager to participate again this year. This event will bring together avid local golfers and Royal LePage real estate agents for a fun-filled day of golf and fundraising. With last year being such a huge success, we aim to surpass last year's total and raise $30,000 to break the cycle of domestic violence.
Our event is taking place at Forest Golf and Country Club in Chelmsford, Ontario. We are looking for companies interested in becoming a sponsor and partner in our efforts to provide emergency shelter for women and children experiencing violence. Joining us will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your business’s commitment to ending family violence. It will also provide a powerful marketing vehicle for you to reach an enthusiastic group of local residents and businesses.
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation has raised $46 million to support abused women and their children living in shelters across Canada. Through agent commission donations and the fundraising activities of the Royal Lepage network, we are helping to provide a safe haven and new beginnings to more than 50,000 women and children each year. To break the cycle of violence, the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation also supports long-term violence prevention and education programs. All funds raised by Royal LePage offices remain in their local community and because Royal LePage Canada pays all administrative costs, 100% of all money raised goes directly to our two local shelters.
